Peu de sanitaires par rapport au nombre de personnes et peu d’intimité Un peu bruyant car j’étais dans le dortoir de 4 qui se trouve à côté du café..

Cleanliness, great location, helpful staff

Cama confortável, pedi uma coberta a mais, a funcionária me atendeu! Estava limpo, como em toda a Guatemala chuveiro morno. Esqueci meu pijama após ir para o vulcão, retornei e consegui resgatá-lo.

O hostel atendeu as expectativas. Próximo de tudo, pessoal sempre preocupado em deixar tudo limpinho.

It was ok for one night. The kitchen very clean equipped with everything you need. The bed comfortable but very high. What I most liked was that they were cleaning every second!

The showers were veeeeery small, and no hot water :(

This review is a bit like a rollercoaster, lots of ups and downs… This room wouldn’t take much love to be great. The size of the room is good, there is a fridge and drinking water. The TV is large and has all the streaming apps, but best of all, Disney+ has an account logged in! It’s relatively quiet apart from some outside noise from the street. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in which was great!

The toilet didn’t have a toilet seat. One of the window panes was smashed and therefore just a big whole in the window. The headboard of the bed wasn’t attached to the bed.
