A really nice hostel with super comfortable mattresses. The individual pods give a ton of privacy. The staff are super friendly. We found the place nice and clean with good showers. Some of the best nights of sleep I've ever gotten in a dorm. Also they have a good Acatenango tour.

It’s clean, no bed bugs

Staff was really unfriendly, no meet and greets or other parties and events to meet people. They charge 10% extra if you wanna pay by card. The rooms neither have windows nor air conditioning (hot and bad air).

"Great location, cheap but noisy"

Kind staff, great location, private beds in dorm

Very noisy in the morning, staff starts cleaning very early (before 6) and makes a lot of noise.

The beds were huge and very comfortable. The place was always kept very clean.

The kitchen and dining area is a bit small when the hostel is full, but very handy!
