My stay at Funplace Beach in the Maldives was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, demonstrating genuine warmth and hospitality. The accommodation was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One highlight was the availability of boat trips, providing a unique opportunity to explore the stunning surroundings.

Excelent hotel and great staff. Amazing food at local restaurant. It is the best hotel in Himmafushi. We enjoyed some good time with the owner on a fishing trip during the sunset. They helped us with all the requests we had. A free island tour was also included.

Good beds and nice rooftop terrace. The staff is very helpful.

Wi-Fi was poor

Location was perfect. Clean place and well maintained.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger. Or atleast could have provided us with a closet.

Funplace Beach hotel is absolutely amazing. Very very nice, cute and beautiful. Honestly, i walked around this small island and you better book this hotel or at least somewhere near here. On the other side of the island is a bit deserted area. You look for the hotel near the main dock and near Bikini beach (Funplace is the best, imho) Pluses: 1) blue colors of different tones along with floor tiles of gray-beige-pastel colors, design is very cosy and appealing 2) absolutely cute and nice veranda upstairs! I went there to meditate in the morning, it was cool and beautiful. Sunset is at 6:15 in December - January 3) Shower is modern, hot water, nice tasty shampoo 4) breakfast is absolutely amazing. Being vegetarian i liked it very much! 5) Very kind lady Abi on reception helped us and answered all questions and all our expectations were met. 6) cleaning and all other questions upon request, no problem 7) coffee, water is free as much as you need 8) Internet was good almost all time except heavy rain one day. Extremely thankful for that because i have my online daily classes. It worked on WA and telegram 9) We came by speed boat from Male, Jetty-1 for 10$ per person. You can WA to the Fun place Beach hotel and they will help you to book a boat. Hotel guy came to meet us from the dock! We didn't expect it, but he picked us up by a car, that was very nice, we didn't know that pick up is organised 10) welcome drink and flowers on the bed ))) 11) bikini beach and main dock with boats are 2mins walk 12) safety boxes I wish you all the best, dear Funplace beach hotel team! One minus: 1) rooms are cosy, but a bit small. Would be great to have some more shelves or table and chair. But don't forget, the island itself is small )))
