Stunning 3-Br Apt in Condado

Location is great. Good price point for location. Laundry room is a plus. Parking was not too bad.. We are in walking distance from nice food and bars. This is my 2nd time staying here. We stayed in unit #1 .

Unit #1 on first floor. 1st night.. we discovered water on floor and noticed our bathroom ceiling was wet. It was clear that ceiling was wet many times before. No mirror in master bedroom or master bathroom. 2nd night we found two big roaches in dining room. The Front door does not lock automatically.. This is safety concern.. Master bed mattres was too soft.

Arrived the evening of Sept 3rd. Prior to arrival, I received a code for the front door and a very easy to guess code for the condo door. Arrived around 8:30 pm, the front door was open and unlocked. Upon entering the condo, noticed it wasn't exactly as pictured, but the major issue was the ants and roaches encountered. Ants were crawling all over the dressers and particularly in one of the beds on the pillows, and on the sheets/comforters. Then noticed roaches in the bathroom. Randall, the building manager was contacted immediately with a request to move to a different unit. He noted he would need to contact the owners. It was almost 9:00 pm and I was not going to allow my children to sleep there. We got a hotel for the night. After contacting Randall late in the afternoon the next day, he noted that the pest issue had been addressed. I asked if I would be receiving a refund for the previous night since I couldn't stay there, and he provided no response. I also sent a note to KTJ, no response. I've disputed that night on my credit card. You cannot unsee ants crawling on pillows, sheets/comfortable, thus I choose not to stay there at all with my children. Out of curiosity, I did return a couple of days later to see if the pest issue had really been resolved. I can say that the place had been sprayed because I encountered lots of dead ants on the floor. We also noticed that ants were still crawling on one of the beds. So, while I believe they sprayed, it did not resolve the problem. When I first booked, the reviews were great so wasn't expecting any issues. However, afterwards, I checked reviews again and noticed that a recent review had noted the pest problem, so KTJ was fully aware they had an issue. I wish I had checked back prior to leaving so that I could have canceled my reservation. I have contacted KTJ regarding my security deposit and yet again no response from them.

i liked the locations really close to everything .

Infested with roaches and ants and I did not receive my refund for my security deposit how they claimed they would. Also did not receive a email back when I let them know there were ant and roaches everywhere. Nor did the respond when I questioned them about a my security deposit .

The location was great! Only a block from the beach. Although we only stayed for 1 night we will surely be renting again once we return for a longer stay!

The location was perfect once we arrived we never moved car. walking distance to everything you needed beach was a half block away the restaurant’s were everywhere, the place was immaculate C.J came and checked on us asked if we needed anything very professional made us feel at home. They had a laundry facility on property
