"Lovely apartment great location safe area!"

The location of the property was great. Beach across the from the property ,everything in walking distance restaurants super market great stay.

Internet was a little slow that鈥檚 about great place.

"Except for the hot water issue, it was quite good."

The location was quite nice. Near a beach park. A good breakfast spot ("Taste", around the corner on Luiza. But NOT Bebo's - very bad service). A couple good restaurants nearby - Nonna Italian and Viejo Almacen Argentinean.

Slow arriving hot water (like up to 5 minutes at the bathroom sinks and a couple of minutes in the showers) and low pressure were big issues.

"Nice condo, close to beach and shops"

It was clean and maintenance staff was readily available to assist us with any issues.

We did have on bed that was broken on the frame and it could not be fixed while we were there, but the did offer discount for the inconvenience.

"Disappointing experience with this apartment"

Space is fine.

There is no Wi-Fi. They say they have it or they will fix it. Just do not believe them. They do not clean the room no matter how long you stay.

I loved my stay here. Great atmosphere & area! Joe was a big help and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! Everything you need is very close to condo. Area was safe & perfect for seeing the best Puerto Rico had to offer. You can also wash clothes on site for small fee.

The place was beautiful as in the pictures. However the master bedroom has no mirrors but other bedrooms & bathroom did. Other than that we had everything we needed.
