Luxurious Beachside 3-Br Apt

I did not like ANYTHING about this rental. It was an awful 3 days.

The shower curtain in a heap in the shower with the rod. No towel rack, it was torn from the wall. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. All the mattresses were so cheap and soft they were uncomfortable.

The location was good. Wi-Fi worked well. Except as noted below, the kitchen and bedrooms were good. The property manager is very responsive and tried to help when he could.

The refrigerator failed and did not get fixed. We lost most of the food we had bought. The mattresses were much too soft. I paid for three nights of secure parking, but I only got to use it one night due to another tenant parking in the way. It seems that selling space for two cars is not workable. I did not get reimbursed for the two days that I didn't get to use the parking. Water was leaking into the living room and got the curtain and sofa soaked. (That got fixed.)

La ubicación es muy buena. Y el apartamento es amplio.

Son un poco pequeños los baños. Y le vendría bien algo de mantenimiento.

A través de la presente quiero agradecer la excelente atención de parte de Randall en todo lo relacionado con la reserva de la habitación que tuvimos en Puerto Rico entre las fechas 6 y 13 de febrero de 2026. Randall estuvo siempre muy preocupado en todo momento desde la reserva, la llegada y durante la permanencia que estuve en el departamento y luego en la salida del departamento y en la devolución de los dineros de garantía que correspondía. Realmente una excelente atención de Randall en todo sentido. Randall nos brindó una atención muy buena en todo sentido, y creo que es importante siempre destacar cuando las personas hacen una muy buena labor con los clientes. Personas como Randall son las que permiten que clientes como yo sigan siendo clientes de hoteles como Luxurious Beachside. Muchas gracias y espero que le llegue a Randall mis agradecimientos por su gestión.

Very comfortable apartment, it was across the street from the beach, upmarket area, very close to the restaurants and it was obvious that the community looks out for each other. Fast internet was very important for our group. The vibe was comfortable without being stuffy. Lots of luxury cars in the area, I noticed that very quickly.

I didnt know how large the place was compared to the photos. Its definitely larger. We would've booked longer had we known from the jump. I wanted to extend for another 2 days because my group wanted to explore the island longer but they didn't have any availability and they should've gotten back to me sooner. Aside from that, its a nice place with a great location.

The location was great as it was very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the grocery store.

There were some ants and roaches seen daily in the kitchen and in some of the bedrooms. The mattress in the bedrooms was a bit too soft and not firm enough.

Close to beach, big living area with dining table , good location/neighborhood.

The property management company, Reality Group, was not helpful and lacked courtesy. Several items we requested prior to check-in—such as extra towels and usable pots and pans—were not provided upon arrival. The pots and pans were in poor condition and were only replaced the next day. There were also no towel hooks in the bathroom. After check-in, when I asked questions about the AC operation, how to operate the shower, dryer issue and the need for extra towels( which they did provide after), I received a message the next day stating that repetitive complaints would not be entertained. The beds were not comfortable either.

Very accommodating

Our stay in San Juan had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach and conveniently near a 24-hour supermarket. The accommodation itself is cute and cozy, and it did fit our group of seven comfortably. We also felt secure with the easy locks on the doors.

However, there were quite a few issues that dampened our experience. We encountered cockroaches, ants, and other bugs, particularly in the kitchen, which was unsettling. The WiFi was unreliable, going in and out constantly. The absence of a jacuzzi advertised on the site was disappointing. The laundry machine required some DIY mechanics, as it needed to be wedged closed. When we requested extra bedding due to a stain, we were simply, though quickly, directed to the laundry room without any further assistance. Additionally, while there were plenty of outlets available, several didn't work in one of the rooms. The coffee machine was far too complicated to use, and the refrigerator doors would have been more practical if they opened toward the wall. Lastly, one of the vending machines on the premises didn't work, which was inconvenient.
