Staff is so kind. They accept us earlier than check in time. They were very hospitable. Room is clean and good enough

Location is good but not perfect

Останавливались в семейном номере. Просторный номер, хорошие матрасы и постельное бельё, свежие полотенца и холаты, в номере чисто. Персонал - приветливые, корректные, дружелюбные молодые ребята, свободно общаются на русском. Гостиница новая, с красивым интерьером. В SРА- зоне уютно, бассейн чистый, вода тёплая. Отель оставил хорошее впечатление

The overall hotel experience was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The washroom did not have a handheld bidet (commode shower). Even after requesting one, the hotel was unable to provide it. As this is a popular tourist destination that welcomes guests from around the world, the hotel should consider accommodating different hygiene preferences and needs by offering such basic facilities.

Schönes sauberes Hotel, gut gelegen. Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Das Personal schien oft lustlos und lächelte selten.

The first guy at the reception when we reached was not at all cooperative . The staff never smiles. No Bellboy facility.
