INGood stay with family. The cleanliness is on top. The staff is helpful. Good to mention, Surya, night shift staff can speak Hindi and was helpful for us. They serve breakfast and lunch which taste great. To order food for lunch, Mani helped us with English to Tamil translation.. it was great šš rooms are huge. Walking distance to visitors center, spending time in the pool was great. Peaceful surroundings.. supportive staff..
As per booking.com, my child, 12 years old, can stay for free. But upon check in they mentioned we need to pay rs 1770 more as they don't consider 12 years old as child. We agreed and asked for an extra mattress for my child as he agreed to it. However the next day they said you don't need to pay extra as it's some misunderstanding.. we were so thankful and thought to recommend this place in our wide freind circle, but after some time, they asked that you used extra mattress and for that you need to pay rs 1770.... Only this thing went negative. expected and charges for extra mattress are more than 5 star hotel charges..

AUI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortableāfelt very pampering. The pool and garden were beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe. It was genuinely a lovely place to stay, and I felt really good being there.
The only downside for me was the breakfast. The selection felt quite limited, and it wasnāt very clear what the options were or how to order. There were no menus, which made it a bit confusing. I think this is an area that could definitely be improved.
