The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding, the location was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every service provided was of a very high standard. A special mention to Ashu, who looked after us wonderfully and was always courteous and helpful. The restaurant manager, Pawan, was extremely supportive and ensured we had a great dining experience. Manager Sudhir and the housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we felt very well taken care of.

There was nothing significant to dislike. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

1. Power cuts so frequent and the backup takes ages to restore. Pathetic system. 2. High tea if included in the package is as bad as anything. All they provide is tea with potato chops, everyday. 3. If you ask the staff to deliver some food in the room as some of your cohabitant is not able to go all the way upto their restaurant, they deny on your face. 4. If any child accompanying you is 10 or older, the fare compulsorily includes extra bedding as chargeable as 2000. 5. Way too expensive for the amenities. Better opt for some other place as this was way more expensive than we a family of three spent there. Around 26400 was the fare for me, my wife and my kid of 10 years for 2 days there. We order one meal outside the package which included breakfast and dinner with high tea as complimentary. That meal costed us 1400 with 6 rotis and a sabzi!!!

The property was very beautiful and the balcony had amazing view. Tanmay and Sudheer was very helpful and helped us with the logistics! The hospitality was great !

A perfect serene getaway. The hotel is clean, spacious, and peaceful, located away from the town’s hustle in the heart of Jim Corbett—truly calming and refreshing. The staff are extremely cooperative and hospitable. Special thanks to Tribhuvan and Sudhir for their great service, and a special shout-out to Nisha from the restaurant—she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Excellent team overall.
