Dusk and Dawn Beach Resort

Breakfast is absolutely poor and most of the items are sounded not available or finished. There is hardly any service staffs ( four people are managing the entire show, out of which Anand is the best ). People at Front Desk ( Abhisekh and Suriya ) are highly non-professional. Any room service order needs multiple reminder to get, obviously not in time! Hospitality needs huge improvement, Property is good but poorly maintained and the location is absolutely horrible.

The responsiveness of the front desk people. No effort was visible to meet customer requirement. Too lazy staffs and it appears, they are not aware of customer services and hospitality. All that promised while booking through net are not met at the property and there were lots of arguments against each.

Location is on the beach. Well kept lawn n greenery. Rooms r small but clean. Staff is v cooperative. All basic amenities like hot cold water ac tv kettle available in room. A v good private beach.

Breakfast and menu could b better. More choices of North indian dishes. Quality of food needs improvement. Service is slow. Mobility could b a problem as resort is 2 kms from road. Must to have own vehicle. No nearby shops.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was cramped. The tv was not working. No amenities. Etc etc. It is not a beach resort. It is by the sea with slippery rocks as a beach.

I liked its location near the beach, the grounds & privacy, quietness.

The room was so small—- bed not pushed against wall, so even smaller! It’s definitely not a 5 star experience as advertised. Food so so.
