The staff is very good. Food is also good.

Property is not well maintained. Cleanliness is not as expected.

1. Bedbugs in the room led to rashes in my partner body 2. Small and clumsy container rooms not at all convenient. 3. Breakfast not upto the mark for hotels charging 10k

The stay was really good. Suriya and Abhishek were great and very polite. The cook and the helper were also too good and always helpful. Coming back to the stay.. the location is awesome just beside the beach. The cottages are this cozy and pretty.

The fish price is on a higher side given that it is a coastal region the price should have been cheaper

We didn't take the breakfast from there since the cleanness of the room prevented us from using any facility. The property is in a fantastic location and the landscaping and lighting are good.

The rooms are tiny, converted shipping cargo containers. accommodating two persons in such a small area, no adequate furniture - not even a chair provided- at a high rate of Rs. 3500/-. More over, they provided the same bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket, floor mat, etc. used by the previous occupant. On complaining they later shifted us to another room. Such a beautiful location on the beach could be used for a nice resort, but now it is good for cattle or poultry and charging a very high price almost same as 3-star hotel.

Rooms were toi small may be 7 ft wide x 9 ft long. It was too cramped.
