Very noisy area adjacent to main streets with horns blowing at all hours. People telling on the street. Friday and Saturday, loud music at bar until 1am

The staff, particularly the manager, Maria. She is a such a amazing person. Even reception staff, Dalia and Bilal. Such kind and warm hearted people.

I liked everything.

Locatie is goed

Tot laat in de nacht was er heel luide muziek in de rooftop-bar, van het hotel, slapen was onmogelijk, toen ik ging vragen om stiller te zijn werd ik onbeleefd en brutaal behandeld en zelfs fysiek bedreigd.

This is a fantastic little hotel! Friendly staff, good rooms. The building is beautiful, and the location is perfectly situated in Batroun old town, minutes away from bars, restaurants, and the sea!

As a small caveat: the room I was staying in a room that was right next to the rooftop bar and it's kitchen facilities. This caused considerable noise through the bedroom wall until late at night. I recommend not to stay in the third floor.

So close to all cafes and shops, loved location. Nice place recommend
