Outdated furniture and bad bathrooms

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location is great, and the cleaning crew does a great job.

The hotel needs some upgrading, especially the kitchenettes, sofas, and bathrooms. It is my second stay, one time in a regular room with my friend and one time in a suite with my daughter, the safe never works. Also, you need tonget newer towels.

The hotel is way overpriced for its condition, furniture , low level of cleanliness. Twice, they were going to charge me additional 3% transfer. A classical scam attempt.

The location is perfect, in the center of old town of Batroun. Close to all attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Perfect for short stays.

Although the property is maintained, it’s old, the mattresses as well, not very comfy. Old towels, bed covers, pillows… , clean but old. The building is 2 stories with a rooftop bar, where Friday night the music was loud till 2 pm, and rooms are not well sound proofed, so we couldn’t sleep well. The pool is tiny with no lounges or a place to sit, just the rooftop bar with tables and chairs and a small pool (not suitable for children, or spending the day at the pool) Breakfast is not included and the price is high for what it offers. However since all good restaurants are a couple of minutes walking distance it wasn’t a huge issue.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very good location in the middle of the old town.

Very Small rooms. Parking spaces are not always available and if not available you shall pay. the room was beside the road so was noisy. the bathroom is extremely small.
