The Place at the Sea

I arrived at the place and they never answered the phone so I didn't have to stay at the place. This Charge should not be made to my card. They didn't respond to me on site

Got there. Had not received any information on how to get in. Locked gate, no response, no way to get in, no one around. Customer Service phone is only manned by a bot or someone via chat. That person was unable to help me and kept telling me to call the phone number which went to a recording in Spanish. Disconnected me & did not reach out again. Called a friend from PR to translate the phone recording. She called the number and left a msg with her number and mine. I called back left a msg with my name and number. After an hour, I gave up & booked another hotel room. As I was driving to the new accommodation, that phone called me back. I was driving so was unable to answer. They didn't bother to leave a msg. Do not stay here unless you make certain you can contact the property well in advance for all the information. Won't be booking thru thus venue again.

The property was beautiful. It was clean, it was safe. Secure the area, it's the ghetto. Ocean, you can't even get to since the hurricane and the water is super duper cold. There's no hot water at all. Not even lukewarm chicago santa, we haven't seenco

We thought we were going to be able to swim at the place we stayed otherwise everything would’ve have been five stars

Place (RV) was clean and well equipped. It has everything you need, beddings, pillows, covers, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, pots and pans, cups, plates and silverware and even some seasonings. A/C and water heater works GREAT! It’s a very quiet place. We stayed for 5 days and every morning we drink our coffee in the terrace listening to the waves.
