Room was perfect for a solo traveler for a few days. Location in Santurce was good but not great; most things were about 10-20 min walking distance (e.g., not great with a travel backpack, but good walk home with a sling). Mostly run remotely it seems like; staff was only there during business hours.

Kind of expected someone at the front desk when checking in later at night, given it's a "hotel"; had to instead call and talk through the speakerphone on the building which wasn't a great first impression. Service was good otherwise; however my room was never cleaned in the 3 days i was there.

The Location is closer to pretty much everything in San Juan. The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent, answered all my questions.

I didn't like the pay parking which it is farther away from where it used to be a year ago. Also there are no places to eat breakfast that can be consider close by.
