Good value for money, with clean rooms and good location (in Santurce) within 10 miles of drive from the airport. Needed a place to stay overnight before heading out of San Juan the next day. But would not recommend this place for longer stays.

No elevators so had to lug a large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. If we had known beforehand, would have split the luggage into two carry-on size suitcases. Also, the private parking was full so parking on a busy street in the middle of night was a challenge.

The staff is very attentive and the hotel was spotless clean.

They don't have elevator so be prepared to carry all your luggage.

The Looking Glass is excellent value for money. The location is a good launching point for anything around greater Santurce but also for if you want to go further afield. Ubers easy to get and drop off. Lots of coffee around the area. Showers had hot water with good water pressure and many towels. Bed was comfy.

It is very loud due to the design of the space and conversation or movement travelling. They provide earplugs. You will surely use them.

Buena ubicación

La habitación es MUY pequeña. El lavabo del baño está dentro de la ducha… muy poco práctico. Si te quedas una noche no está mal, si te quedas más te falta por todos lados.
