"The property has a lot of potential."

Very modern for the age of the building and neighborhood. Has been nicely renovated.

No elevator. Not their fault, but we were there when the city had no water service. Three girls on our floor had a SCREAMING fight at 10pm and since there was no one at the front desk after 8pm, we could not report them to anyone. We had a 5:30 am flight so it interrupted our sleep.
