3050 Place

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again

There was a bad smell, there were no covers only sheets on the bed, no tv in the rooms i didn’t feel safe in the environment, our tissue was placed on the ground in front of our door

Ivannia met me at the door and showed me how to operate the lock box. There were only 3 rooms on the second floor. My room #2 had 2 queen sized beds. A big bathroom with a large walk in shower. Room had AC and TV, microwave and mini fridge. It was quiet because there was only a window in the bathroom. I walked about 5 minutes to Beginners Beach. Nice swimming and long beach for a walk. Entrance by the Waldorf. Across from the Waldorf was a Super Max grocery store open 24 hours. Try out Ferrari Gourmet restaurant right next to 3050 Place. Great Argentinian and Italian food. 3050 Place convenient to airport...8 minutes and Old San Juan...15 minutes. Overall, it was quiet and a great location for what I wanted.

It was not the owners fault. However, one tenant decided to talk with her friend at one in the morning in the hallway on a friday night.

The beds were comfortable the hosts were kind and helpful.

The taxi had a hard time finding the location.
