The price was fairly cheap which should have been the red flag that it was.

The property was not clean, no hot water or water pressure so if you are a woman or someone with long hair you will struggle to get out shampoo and/or conditioner out. The shower barely drains and there is not a bath mat to step out onto. The beds still had sand in them from the previous guests. The beds had sheets with a throw blanket on the two full sized beds, no comforters, and the day bed had only sheets. There was stuff left in mini fridge left from previous guests as well. We ended up seeing large cockroaches and that was the final straw. We lasted maybe 2 hours in this property before leaving at 11pm that night, forfeiting all of our money and staying in hotel in Condado. The pictures are very misleading. There is only one small window in the bathroom, there is no doors on one of the bedrooms, the area is not the best and there is NO private beach access. We accidentally went to the wrong apartment at first and our keys opened that door as well. We communicated the cleaniness, bugs, safety concerns with all of the keys working on each door, no hot water, and dirty beds to property owner and were told we were lying, and then he insisted on coming over at 11pm to “teach” us how to use the shower. We were not comfortable with this which ultimately led to us leaving and he then marked us as a no show to attempt to avoid getting a bad review. After we cleared up that issue with booking.com he stated that we had more than 6 guest which was also not true and we were able to show our flight and rental car details. We ended up loosing all of our money on this and hope to stop anyone else from making this error!!!

This is a good place to stay, however no backup power for when the electricity shuts down

Security- felt very secure here & the owner was very responsive and efficient.

Parking is extremely limited; if I moved my car, I lost my Parking.

Owner is very helpful and easy to reached. Location is perfect, easy Acces to highways to go everywhere.

Location is convenient to old San Juan and close to airport.

The room is old and smells, there is no night stand or any table in the bedroom to put stuff on, the bed is uncomfortable and the bed sheets feels like plastic

Perfect place to stay, close to the beach, restaurants all over the place

It was ok, didn’t have face cloths, which I went bought. And it was quiet, but it’s no parking.
