I'm from Puerto Rico, so I'm very familiar with the isla. The airport is 15 minutes away. There are four beach entrances within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants near. And don't forget to check out the Fairmont hotel, it has a casino and live music at night.

People who don't do their homework before they book ended up giving bad reviews to Air b&b's. All one has to do is call and ask all the questions about what the airbnb provides. And if it's not what you're looking for, you keep looking. This way, you don't ruin for hard work people trying to run a business.

Great location, exceptionally clean, host available 24/7 prompt to respond, assisted with recommendations. There's not a thing a dislike about the place.

It was homey! The owners were great

A couple hiccups here n there.. parking was an issue but owners tackled every problem with patience and efficiency..

Spacious bathroom

The sofa was already worn out so it doesn’t have enough cushion and due to the matter you can feel the wood on it. It would’ve been nice to have a sofa bed instead of a regular sofa and a bigger fridge. Another thing when we started using the microwave it started to smell like something was burning so we couldn’t keep using it.

It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Once we had a understanding he took it upon himself to not only apologize blessed us with a gift.

I did not like how there was a misunderstanding on his behalf in regards to a lock being broke prior to arrival. Also, we lost power for about 4 hours, but that was out of his control.

Great location, great service, great time .

This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner
