Property overall was average.

The manager was great. He was helpful with parking. As the info on the property said available parking. We were also told there was free parking in the lot across the street which was not true. There is free street parking but almost impossible to get. The furnishings in the apartment were disappointing as there is no table and not even a night stand next to the bed. It would be nice if they had a bar up somewhere to hang your clothes. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. The beach is about 5-6 minute walk but no chairs available. So chairs to take and use from the apartment could be an added bonus. All in all the apartment was ok for the price. I would probably spend a little more and upgrade next time. The extra big rain shower head only helped to make us have almost good water pressure. I will say the manager, Jose was very responsive and helpful. All in all if they could add a couple things as I said it would make a big difference. Finally, do not bother to rent a car unless you are traveling far as no parking hardly anywhere. Uber is fast and inexpensive.

The AC isn’t working very well, and the bathroom didn’t have any soap, but the rest was great .

We had to leave the property after one night. The property is located over a veterinary clinic. There were no washcloths, my daughter woke up with ants all over her, there was no hair dryer but a dirty hair drying brush with someone else’s hair in it and an already used bar of soap in the shower. The air conditioning had to be turned on with plyers. There were holes in the walls and no baseboards. The parking was a nightmare and there was only one spot for the guest. We offered to pay for the one night but the owner refused to refund our money for the other 2 nights through hotels.com that we did not stay there so we are having to dispute this through our credit card.

The property is very secure and furnished with ample sleeping space. No kitchen but access to a small fridge and microwave. Decorated in a charming way. Very quiet and dark at night for the best rest.

Limited parking

It's a perfect location for everything, just 10min from the airport, 5 min walking to the beach and 15min from the old San Juan. The apartment is clean and cute. And José the guy is very kind. I recommend 100%
