Location is great, few minutes to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. The appartement was clean and spacey, air conditioner in every room. Thanks for the beach chairs provided for shared use with other guests. Locked entrance door. The host was responsive to our requests and feedback.

Lack of furniture in bedrooms, no closet or hangers anywhere. Nothing in the shower to keep shampoo or soap on, except on the floor. "Deluxe" in the name was a joke, the appartement was rather unfinished remodeling/furnishing. I was charged $50 above original Booking.com rate, for cleaning.

First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so don’t think you’ll be able to see the entire ocean from your window. Also, if you’re renting a car, definitely let the hosts know in advance, I forgot to mention this, but Jose was able to offer a parking spot without any hesitation! Ok, if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the place. This area seemed to be very busy both in the morning and at night. At times, It was hard for us to sleep at night due to the constant music blaring on the streets, the horn honking from cars, etc. Despite being told on a phone call that there wasn’t going to be any construction that was going to take place during our stay, it turned out that there was. Though I believe the workers were doing maintenance work in the front of the building, they started way too early (around 8am). Granted we were visiting from California and were already dealing with a 4 hour time difference, so sleep wasn’t the best at times. Maybe have the workers start around 10am, next time?

Easy and efficient. Great place to stay on last minute decision to watch daughter play lacrosse in Puerto Rico.

The host sent text of building codes to wrong phone number. Had to get phone number from the neighbour and phoned the host, waited out at night time to get the codes. Expedia site did not indicate that it was airbnb, we expected to be a hotel. No elevator to go upstairs, inconvenient to carry luggage via stairs. No door or curtain to the shower. Water did not drain in the shower due to bad slope, water collects in right side in the shower. No iron, no iron board, no hooks or no provision for hanging clothes in the bedrooms. No TV channel, no Netflix but it listed NETflix, poorly hung curtains on unsafe rods in the bedroom. no shampoo, no hair dryer. some small insects crawling in the bathroom.

Great price, comfortable, owners are generous and wonderful. Love how they took care of us. We had all we needed in our room.

Could use some nice paintings on the walls or fake plants. There was really nothing that we didn't like.

Great little place to stay within San Juan. Tons of local restaurants to try and grocery's close by. Beach within walking distance. Overall great stay!

No window Parking is a bit of an issue, as the restaurant next door is often stealing the spot and street parking is a challenge No hair dryer No coat hanger, so hung my jacket on the bureau pulls. Poor shower pressure and water was not hot enough most days No lamp for ambiance, it’s either dark or bright lights and the color lights were terrible
