There was no wifi service at all during my entire period. Could've done a better job to have internet service restored.

unfortunately, was not given correct room, called the hotel never received call back, no water in the room waited over 2 hours for service, description not what dipicted

The property is currently undergoing renovations. I understand that once it's finished, the hotel's entire appearance will be better than now.

Facilities are dirty. Towels and room are really dirty and dirt parking lot that makes you bring more dirty stuff to the room. It’s not where you want to stay. Horrible!!!

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena. Lo único es que como está en remodelación los cuartos huelen a humedad. Por lo demás todo súper.
