Rosalina Isla Verde

We were looking for a place for one night close to the airport since we were heading to Rincon the next morning. Very cute boutique Hotel, clean, easy check in-check out, and parking on site. It is exactly as it was described, modern and spotless. The room was small but comfortable. It is a perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, the airport and excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting San Juan or Isla Verde.

The property overbooked my reservation, and I had to find last minute accommodations.

The place was beautiful and easy to navigate however the lock to my fort was broken. Meaning i couldn’t leave until maintenance got there to fix it also i was a single woman in an unlocked room for hours unbeknownst to me.

Upon dropping us off at the location, we were very skeptical (outside looked shappby). But the inside is very well kept and cleaned . It was very modern and updated. I wished I have stayed there the day before my cruise as well. We only stayed a couples of hours until flight time but will definitely stay there again in the future.

It was a perfect way to start our cruise. It's newly renovated. We loved it.

Beautiful place and very clean

This is a nice cozy place to stay. It’s close to the Beach and highway. I’ve enjoyed my stay here.

We texted and called host numerous times. Never replied. Never called back regarding complaints about noisy Neighbors yelling profanities saying “YOU ARE DRUNK!” Literally ALL morning from 1am to 7am. Did not sleep. Asked for refund and no communication at all. Unacceptable. At least text or call us back. Elizabeth spoke to us only 1 time and never heard from her about issues. Window had water damage MOLD. We have pictures.

It was overall a great stay.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent very clean and bed was really comfortable the communication was very good as well
