Rosalina Isla Verde

Very quiet and walkable to dining and coffee shops. Easy to get to.

I liked all the updates that were done to the property to make it look modern, but the area smelled gross and they did not provide enough towels or new linens. We stayed for 5 nights and requested more items, but did not hear from the property staff.

Nice hotel. Clean large and spacious room. Close to airport. We were a little nervous driving through the neighborhood to get here, but once inside I was very impressed. The building is locked down nicely and I felt safe. I would stay here again as it was very close to the airport.

The room was very small but had all of the amenities that a guest needs. There were even drinks provided in the mini refrigerator. The check in was smooth. There is parking directly in front of the property which was convenient. The area around the property was a bit run down but did not feel unsafe to walk to the beach during the day.

The property itself is great, modern and clean, well decorated. I needed assistance and the property management agent was helpful and friendly. Wonderful customer service. The routing on the GPS brought us through multiple low rent apartment neighborhood and a lot across from the property which was overgrown with weeds and dilapidated buildings. However I did not feel unsafe, the security was very good. A block away is a very nice upscale condo neighborhood with convenient stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.

the place was very clean! the property management were really nice. BUT the room was small, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything. If you want convenience that's the spot to sleep and then get out for the day.

Great little room with everything you need but others occupants were loud throughout the whol late hours. Disrupting our sleep.

Electricity was out my entire stay. No one came on site to deal with it. Would not stay here again.

I feel that communication could have been a lot better. Also, I was looking forward to using the pool but the gate key didn’t work and I didn’t get a good explanation as to why.
