Rosalina Isla Verde

The RB&B was nice, but not in a real good area to the left off the building was a liquid store and an alley with people hanging out. But the right side was a much better area we were able to walk to a nice restaurant around there. The other thing I didn't like is that the front door to get into the hallway wasn't lock. And someone lock it an around 1:30 a client was beating on the front door to let them in, and they did that for over an hour. Until someone from another room let them in. That to me is very dangerous because you don't know who is on the other side off that door. Last but not less before we left we were visited by a big roach. Other than all that everything was okay for an over night stay.

This was a nice spot just a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants and more.

Our booking got switched to Ocean Park because of a scheduling issue, but our stay there was great. The Rosalina staff was just amazing in general. We loved the property, the amenities, everything was clean. The room was nice and we felt very at home. The A/C was always on, which I loved. Anytime we needed help from the staff they were always more than happy to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The air that carried over from the front door being opened and closed shut would cause pressure to the bedroom door. We can hear everyone coming in and out of the building all the way across the hall. We were the furthest ones away as well. That wasn't the biggest issue though. We had to book another room due to the fact that there was just no water in the room. Day 1 was low pressure. But day 2 there was no water at all, we had to book another room for day 2-3.

The room was great, large and clean. The bed was nice. Bathroom was clean. However, there is a huge water supply problem. We literally ran out of water after one shower, so the second person could not shower. Obvious problem with the pump and reservoir system. The pump was pumping more air than water. This is the reason for a low rating. Made it very uncomfortable.

The house was clean, the customers service was excellent. I love it!

The room was really nice, no complaints there. They had a couple of good restaurants nearby but for the most part we traveled to other places to eat. The responses from the host was quick and they were extremely attentive. We got in early and they let us store our bag at their second location. The second location has a nice pool so we hung out there. The only con was the room was ready at 3, but they charged me an extra fee for checking in an extra hour early, unlike most hotels or airbnb that are more accommodating

Cute little hotel that was clean and comfortable
