Wish we had room service at least twice a day.

At the time if my arrival; the staff service was very helpful and professional. I will recommend the place 100%.

they need to have extra blankets, toilet paper, and there was a power issue majority of the time and the wifi did not work the last night we stayed.

Room was neat and clean! Staff was attentive and communicative.

Staff an d facilities were great. I must say, our flight got in really late, and to make the long story short we were tired and jet lagued when we got to the property. Upon arrival there was a situation with utilities in the area that had nothing to do with staff or the property. Regardless, they went way out of their way to help is out, acomodate us and make us feel welcome and apriciated within the situation. They actually helped us out with flying collors. Will recomend with 0 reservations.

We were upgraded to the Ocean Park location (sister property), so this is for that location. The room is as small but nice and had everything you need (even a steamer to get the wrinkles out of my shirt and a wine bottle opener). The common area with the two pools is very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out here while waiting to get on our cruise ship. All of our interactions with the staff was good and professional. Thanks!

Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed here a week ago and absolutely loved it. The area, looks a bit rough but felt safe and the locals were super friendly and helpful. I would say the only problem was in the room were the AC was leaking water.

Cons - complementary drinks, bed was comfortable ,air was.great, location was alittle dirty..no wifi n no. Working television. But just rested to sleep.
