From Sunday, March 31 to Thursday, April 4. Since Monday, April 1, there was construction in front of the house. From 7 am they were making noise due to the works, there was no where to park, it was very unpleasant to go to rest somewhere and be woken up from 7 am every day, the property did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience

The area is somewhat questionable where individual safety is concerned. It was pretty noisy, I could hear every move the other tenants made. I wouldn’t recommend it for women traveling alone but it could be suitable for men and families.

The location is close to everything and in a safe area. Everything worked well- hot water, cold refrigerator, AC, TV, etc.
