JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

My husband and I made an online reservation (via Reservation Counter part of Travel Pass Group which was very new to us) to stay at the JE Marriott in Clearwater FL from September 27-October 1. Upon our arrival and much to our surprise, our reservation was not there! Long story short, after speaking with the hotel manager Daniel McCarthy and his staff, a new reservation was made for us, $100 Credit for dinner was given to us along with a bottle of champagne that was sent to our room and a late checkout on Oct 1st! Wow!! Daniel and the entire staff (including Kassandra and the restaurant staff) truly went out of their way to turn our unforeseen and disappointing experience upon arrival into a positive, pleasant and awesome one! We very much appreciate the generosity and warm hospitality by everyone at the hotel and look forward to staying there again! Also, we did receive a refund from Reservation Counter thanks to Daniel!! Great job and very well done!

Staff is amazing

The staff at this hotel are so attentive from Nick and Cory who greet you at valet, Maui who takes luggage to your room, front desk lady etasa was very welcoming and Mario in housekeeping who went above and beyond. It’s exceptional service like this which is so appreciated.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The dining options were excellent and every meal we had was delicious. I’m not much of a breakfast person, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else exceeded our expectations. The beach is stunning! My daughter sent a photo to a friend while we were there, and her friend’s mom thought we were in the Caribbean, that’s how gorgeous it is. The resort also offers covered beach seating that you can reserve in advance, complete with a cooler for your drinks, which was a great touch. The pool does get quite crowded, as others have mentioned, but the poolside service was very good, no complaints at all. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms (and beds!) are very comfortable. No issues with the air conditioning either. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort!

This hotel has quickly become our favorite destination for a couples retreat. Recently married, we are doing a tour de Florida and we were just wowed. Starting out with the check in team of Etasa, Ana and Daniel we were quickly wowed by the service and speed of check in - even a bottle of champagne sent to the room to keep the party going. The beach team is incredible, and every time I had to go back up to the room, I had Milagro from housekeeping greeting us every time. The valet team was also very prompt. I even meshed with everyone - Aidan, Ethan, Zach & Zac, Tim and Dino. I asked for things out of my car, delays in our entrance and exit, and even recommendations. Never let down. Lastly, I have to shout out Amanda @ the Deep End for being so understanding and cool. We had to get out of the restaurant early, and she was so quick with getting our food out that it was still steaming getting back to the room. Overall, I am looking forward to coming back as soon as possible. I cannot express my gratitude for the service and quality of the hotel.

Everything was great. I stayed in the 3 bedroom and it was fantastic. Each room had balcony access and the three bathrooms were a bonus. I wished I stayed longer than 3 nights. Definitely, my go to hotel in Clearwater.

This is trivial, but the sensor on the lights were annoying. Lights turned off frequently while I was soaking in the tub. And not enough hooks for towels or swimsuit to dry. I do agree with the other reviews that the outdoor space is small for the size of the hotel. They really should consider expanding. But those things are not deal breakers.

Nicholas Tagliatela from the valet was a highlight from our trip. He was awesome! What an asset. And Erik Rivas was also a great valet worker! These two made our trip!

A beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The beach is private. Upon check in you receive a wrist band that entitles you to a chair and side table at the beach. It wasn't super crowded (it is also September, not a busy season). Hotel is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. As an FYI, while at the beach, you do not get a clear view of the gulf as there is another little island that runs parallel with the JW.

Так же при выселении отель при полной оплате пытался еще раз списать стоимость проживания но уже с карты, держите счета в безопасности во избежании повторной оплаты со стороны отеля
