Una ubicación excelente , en medio de la naturaleza , algo especial y diferente de los demás alojamientos . El personal muy majos. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en la casa Horizont, hemos estado también el año pasado y todo igual que la primera vez …. En dos palabras ….. fue todo genial 🌴❤️👍🏼

"Magical!"

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our time at Hideout was perfect. They use text messages through WhatsApp to communicate, so we could text them for anything we needed and they would bring it to us promptly, including meal service. Everyone was so incredibly friendly. The energy and atmosphere of the Zen hideout we stayed in was nothing short of magical. Literally perfect!

Ordering taxi service through apps is very difficult there since its very secluded. You have to pay extra for the hotel to arrange a driver.

We liked jungle, friendly helpful staff. Setting, guided wal to waterfall, breakfast by river, jungle shower, Massage ladies are excellent. Wyan was our guide and batik teacher, so lovely and helpful. Very nice man.Wyn our driver was so knowledgeable and considerate to our needs, very nice man. Also he is good driver and friendly. We plan to bring family next time as this place is very special .

"Prachtig huis"

We hebben prachtige foto’s. Het huis is werkelijk waar prachtig en de staf / crew willen alles doen om het naar je zin te maken.

Het huis is open en dus veel insecten (logisch). Voor onze gezin was dit te “eco”! Dit was ons duurste hotel maar na een slechte nacht wilde we gelijk door naar ons volgende hotel. Doordat alles bezorgd moet worden vanuit een keuken die op 4 min afstand zit met heel veel trappen naar het huisje toe is het dan ook niet meer dan logische dat het eten niet meer warm genoeg is. Ik zelf had pasta met truffel besteld (zonder kip omdat ik vega ben ) maar de porti was voor mij niet voldoende. Zorg dat je zelf wat extra proviand bij je hebt. Het voelt niet goed om deze lieve mensen een mindere recensie te geven maar als we dit vooraf hadden geweten hadden we het niet geboekt.
