Heel vriendeljjk personeel aan de balie. We kregen een upgrade naar de kingsuite op de 12 de verdieping. De suite was heel stijlvol ingericht en het zicht naar buiten tot aan de strip was super. De bedden en de douche waren heerlijk, ook fijn dat er een 2de toilet aanwezig is. We genoten de 2de ochtend van ons ontbijt op de kamer, heel aangenaam om even aan de drukte te ontsnappen. Het hotel is nog nieuw en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Je hebt verschillende restaurants en eetgelegenheden in het hotel en dat was allemaal lekker. Ook hier was de bediening supervriendelijk. Er is ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid en je bent op een klein kwartiertje op de strip. Ik zou dit hotel 100% aanbevelen!

Great resort. We will be back regularly since we prefer properties off the strip. This is our new #1. But please, when upgrading a room to the 15th floor, which offers a great view, would you please keep the windows clean.

Pool available is not suitable for children. Music blasting the whole time and not the relaxing break we were hoping for.

It's very pleasant when entering the property, love the great softness and warmth at the lobby and goes surroundings of the property. Another plus point that the design is excellent easy access to the restroom sections on the casino floor. I love the spacious room capacity, new modern furniture layout, bringing the rejuvenate feeling when I stay, I truly love the size of the shower bathroom. They maximize the shower room with a giant glass door. It's sufficient to utilize rather than setup the bath tub. Shower head water has a great pressure and is relaxed, not too strong pressure to make it feel to overloaded and too loudly.

The room services were slow, missing from cleaning during the time I stayed.

Todo!, la habitación, la pileta, el casino, etc. Recibí 3 paquetes de Amazon y me los recepcionaron muy bien, hasta se ofrecieron de llevarlo al cuarto.

La ubicación ya sabíamos que no es la mejor, esta a 20 minutos de las vegas strip
