This was my first visit to Durango Casino Resort, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I had a very disappointing experience at the Casino’s table games. At the Ultimate Texas Hold’em table, the pit manager/supervisor handled a seating decision very poorly. They allowed someone who wasn’t even playing at the table to take a seat before giving priority to an existing player who had been playing there the whole time. This is not only unfair to loyal players but also shows a lack of proper customer consideration. Very dissatisfied with the management’s decision-making and the overall experience. The atmosphere was hostile.

Het is absoluut niet geschikt voor kleinere kinderen. Veel alcohol en luide muziek bij en in het zwembad.

The casino, eatery and hotel is fresh, bright, clean and so well kept. "Eat your heart out" the eatery section has so many options. Everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. From the time we checked in to check out- zero complaints. Complimentary valet parking. The attendants were amazingly wonderful. My daughter loved the pool, lots of seating, wonderful poolside service and kind lifeguards.

The property is very good overall, and the hotel service is great. However the Casino dealer named YU seems not so patient for my friends, they felt no respect when they tried to play table poker game.
