Palihouse Hyde Park Village

Had an amazing stay at Palihouse Hyde Park. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, large, comfortable, and quiet. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

his boutique hotel is a gem! It’s located right in the center of a charming, upscale shopping and dining area, just blocks from the beautiful Bayshore Boulevard — perfect for exercise or a scenic stroll. Parking was easy with a lot just behind the property. The room could not have been more stylish or well-appointed. The linens and bed were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space — even enough to entertain a few friends for drinks and appetizers before heading out to dinner in the neighborhood. The bathroom layout was thoughtful and elegant, and the in-room snacks and drinks were a great touch. The hotel’s bar area is beautifully designed, a great spot to relax before or after going out. While there isn’t a gym on-site, there is a safe and convenient facility located right across the street, which makes it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. I loved how convenient everything was: grocery stores and a CVS just a few blocks away in case you forgot anything, and only about 20 minutes from Tampa Airport. I can’t wait to stay here again — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location.

Palihouse was recommended to me when I was visiting Tampa and I went back in July again. On my first trip I met the GM of the hotel and he was very welcoming. I had a great stay the first time I went and was eager to go back again. The day I was going back I had a personal situation come up and it affected my travel plans. I reached out to the GM and he was so accommodating. I ended up changing my plans multiple times that day and Brendan, the GM, was so helpful and compassionate. My stay was again fabulous. I absolutely love the location of the hotel but also the rooms and the service. I can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Tampa and wanting to be in Hyde Park, which is a great place to be. Can't recommend the hotel enough and the icing on the top is that my business helps good people like Brendan, the GM.

It was very central and walking distance to a lot of places. Parking was a bit more challenging

great location for a uniquie hotel

Boutique hotel in a great location - nearby coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, close to Bay for walk/run in the morning. A couple of free water bottles in the room would go a long way. Did not receive VIP benefits and a little disorganized at the front desk for which I had to deal with an issue after our checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The property is beautifully decorated and staff is very hospitable. Location provides shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The parking options and instructions are not clear. I had to go to check in desk to determine parking location. Website states free parking on premises but it’s actually a ‘parking lot’ behind the hotel building with no clarity on towing or ticketing, and very dark…a bit scary to walk from parking lot to hotel entrance if you arrive after dark.
