Palihouse Hyde Park Village

We stayed at this property last year and loved it! This year it was sub par. We had issues with our toilet running and were told to jiggle it to fix it. We asked for sheets for the pull out sofa and they were stained. Our key stopped working halfway through our stay. The doors downstairs where no one is attending are always unlocked. The refrigerator is unusable unless you empty the entire thing full of beverages in glass bottles for sale. The Spectrum tv is very difficult to navigate. The cold water in the sink is always warm. The room was very crowded and we had to move the table up against the bed to use the pull out sofa leaving no room to walk. The microwave was aesthetic but difficult to operate. We were very disappointed because our stay last year was amazing. The staff last year was so friendly and this time completely different. It is as if it is under new ownership.

Great room! Lovely interior design. Some staff members were not very friendly or helpful. The entrance is a bit odd. We came in at night with my family and it seemed I was walking into a bar.

Excellent in room food delivery available from On Swann downstairs! Enjoyed that very night of our stay after long days of touring with children.

This property is boutique and pure magic! From the bedding to the staff, 5 stars!

I love staying here. It’s one of the many hotels I’ve been too that I wished I could go back to.

The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location. There were many restaurant options nearby and we were able to to walk to one for dinner.

The second bed was not an actual full pull-out, but a trundle. That was not clear in the reservation.

Unique and close to everything in Hyde Park

Beautiful property in the most ideal location! Great food, drinks and accommodations! We live local to the area but this was just what we needed for a quick getaway, with everything we did in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend enough!!

Jessie in the lounge was great. Very sweet and friendly! If you’re local, it’s a fun place to grab lunch and a drink and you can even bring your dog.

Hotel is wonderful. The area is amazing. So much food, drink, entertainment, and the hotel is a quiet respite in the middle of it. Rooms are large, staff is so friendly. Repeat often.
