Le MIAMI RESORT

Great size room and reasonable location next to Serenity Beach. The staff were quick and helpful and that was the upside.

The bathroom was stinking of urine when we checked in and while the housekeeping did immediately come to give a clean up, I believe some smell remained. Also the bedsheets seemed not replaced or not properly washed and just put back on the bed so didn't felt fresh. The chair in the room was so stained. Parking and pool was across the road but that's ok but i think the basics of room cleaning can be improved for sure to justify the room rate. Also it felt as if all the fishes in the fish bowls in the reception were dead! Basically, it needs some more conscious cleaning and housekeeping. Location wise the approach road is bit crampy.

The pool and water were clean enough for kids to swim in. Best part of this reaort.

The entrance to the room was a bit messy but has been cleaned up as soon as it was reported.

No intercom facility to call reception, access card is not fully integrated with lights only tv goes off when access card is removed, one dental kit needs to be provided for each person instead of 1 per room, hand wash liquid needs to be provided in room

Location was very close to the Serenity beach and other beaches were also 15mins to 30mins drive away. There was ample parking near the property. Breakfast was very good and had a good buffet spread for veg, only omelette and eggs for nonveg but I have no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is well-maintained and looks great, the staff service is excellent, and the restaurant food is very tasty. The front office provides quick responses, and the swimming pool is kept clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the efforts of staff members Shiva, Kalpana, Narendra, Gautam, Khushboo, Guna, and Ragul. They are doing a fantastic job!
