The property was very claustrophobic and it was not at all riverside. The river view rooms had windows pointing out to the nearby property and there was no river view. The property was not at all safe for kids as there were wires lying around

overall. The location, facilities, and staff were all excellent. However, the room was not very spacious for the price, and despite being described as a river-facing room, there was no river view at all. Aside from this, everything else was exceptional.
