ZANA in the Wild Dhikuli Jim Corbett

Just got back from an amazing stay at Zana Corbett with my kids, and I can't stop raving about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch, the service outstanding, and the food absolutely delicious. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the team at Zana made it feel effortless – they truly go the extra mile to ensure families feel comfortable and cared for. made our dining experience seamless and enjoyable. He was attentive, thoughtful, and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is a must, must visit – perfect for families, nature lovers, or anyone looking for a peaceful luxury getaway.

The staff was exceptionally courteous, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They also accommodated special meal requests, which was greatly appreciated.

Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and there were issues during checkout with the advance payment not being reflected. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work.

Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms because we had booked four rooms there. I don’t think this is value for money. But food is good. Location wise it is also very good but they don’t have river side .

Nice property, nice view but a traveller need worth of Money, food was good but costly, staff was friendly but lack of staff members can refuse service in rooms.

Well appointed room in beauitifl setting and ideal for safari trips. Staff were helpful especially the car parking reception.

Complicated way to pay and different from booking time. Not clear tht it is alcoho;l free. Meals wre good but limited options so staying a few days woud be a little boring.

The property is beautiful and is made well but the service is not good. They should work on the services and also the food (especially the dinner buffet)
