Breakfast was good. The Staff is very helpful. Cozy and clean rooms. The Property is well maintained and clean. Indoor game zone on charge basis. Well Maintained swimming pool.

The term "Riverview Room" is misleading. River is quite far, that can be seen from the window. No access to the river. Service is pathetic. Nobody receives call at room service number. Had to call reception 3-4 times for each request. Bathroom door design is Pathetic. It takes lot of patience and skill to close the door else use the bathroom unlocked. The furniture design is different from most of the hotel rooms. But thats more problematic. No Open Play area for kids other than a Trampoline. No more than 3 cars can be parked at the property. They have a parking place at a distance. Guest will have to ask the staff to bring the car every time they want to go out. Food is quite costly.

Overall it was an ok stay, the property does need a good management though. The managing staff does not have a proper consensus on things. Food quality and taste is below par. Greenery and play area is good and up to mark.

The space is very tastefully done, very contemporary and modern and the facilities are well laid out, staff is attentive. Breakfast was a good spread

The restaurants got too noisy and staff looked less to manage the people and guests, especially it being a weekend. Should tell the guests that we do not have access to the river side

All amenities have not been applied yet. The entertainment room did not have any games like ping pong etc. Some of the areas in the property are yet to be completed

The staff was unprofessional, inexperienced, and judgmental. I was not allowed to check in until 4pm.

Design & architecture of the property was Preety good and the landscaping was well-maintained

The property had no river access -1 Staff was not well trained no Phone were answered on time -2 They did not had any facilities to heat the food, surprisingly no microwave-3 The room size was too small and did not match up with the pictures posted on online platforms for bookings -4 FOOD WAS AVERAGE-5
