Terrible Experience – False Advertising & No Support We booked Zana Resort through Booking.com, but the room we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The property charged us in full and refused to provide the promised room, offering a different one instead. When we asked for a refund, they told us to contact the head office, but we couldn’t reach them or Booking.com customer service. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional—this should not happen to any guest!

Breakfast and Dinner were good, and the taste and staff were good. The hotel rooms and everything was luxurious

The options in the breakfast and Dinner menu were very less, during the dinner there were two options that my kids didn't like. Being a luxury and 5-star hotel it should offer a good menu having some options.

Breakfast was good, though there was nothing special about it as it had the most of the usual things in any such resorts. We stayed at the night of the Christmas and there could at least be a some cake or pastries considering the occasion and some creative thinking would have been better.

Some good choices for kids to choose from would be highly appreciated.
