property is beautiful and very well managed. staff is very helpful and courteous.

1. Food is below average after first day of our meals in the hotel we opted to eat outside in a restaurant. 2. Property is understaffed, had to call multiple times just for a bucket of ice, also took them 30 minutes just to send someone for the luggage during the check out. 3. there were numerous times when there was no one to answer the call at the reception

The picture that you see on the property page , that it. Once you enter the room area, it feels like you are entering in a hostel and you get that pathetic feeling. I booked the classic room and it felt like your washroom is inside the room. Staff, pathetic and was not of any help. Our key was blocked 3 hours before the check out time. Once we returned back after having our bf, the key didn’t worked. They do not have an option where we can call the reception area. You need to walk and go to the area to get help. They checked the key and reset it and when we came back and checked again it wasn’t working. We again went to reception area to complain and too that , the staff was laughing. We waited for 20 min for our luggage to come to our room after we checked in. And we called them twice to remind them to send our luggage as we had 2 year old kid and we have her essentials in the luggage. Kids area: looking the picture, the main attraction was the kids zone and we booked the property as we thought that our daughter would enjoy it. After we entered the kids zone, they informed that the games available were on paid basis. No other fun activity apart from sleeping inside the room. Food - food to my surprise was decent as when I checked the reviews , people commented that the food is not good but to be honest it was ok. But no drinks , limited beverages option and no open grill, though its mentioned on the website as well as at the property that they have open bar and grill. I will not recommend this place to anyone for isure.

Breakfast is served with very limited menu and F&B staff don’t have much experience to handle crowd. Very delayed service even in dinner time too but irony is this there is no senior person of department or resort so hear out and resolve problems of guest.

I am very disappointed with staff as they are handling the guest complains as they are charging the room rents at the price of TAJ but they not keeping up to it near by. please change your check in and check out patten and improve restaurant services and tell house keeping staff that ODC fuel tin are used to keep food warm not to ignite fire in woods.

washroom door is not working properly and can't lock it.

Breakfast was amazing.Food was delicious and staff was very helpful.We asked them to check out late due to afternoon safari and they are very helpful. I loved the service and staff behaviour. Start from the reception everything was smooth and as per the expectations.

In room refrigerator was not cooling much.Electric kettle location was not near the plug point..So I had to move the kettle but it could have been solved but I dint want to bother the staff.

The room was nice but not the one which they gave us later when i asked them to change it,the other one was only nice . One thing which was good at this property is the kids play area. A thumbs up only and only for that.

A. It is not as big as shown in the pictures. There is no view from any of there room or from anywhere else. Staff is not at all trained . Rooms are smaller in size and so is the pool. More or less i can say it looks really good in the pictures but it isn’t that great. Food is average and if you are a hygiene freak like me then you will find it difficult to eat.

Small property no river excess Small room size , Charging too much and giving small rooms ( specially room with fire facility ) Not much option in breakfast , no cakes , nothing only brown and white bread ..

Ambiance very good

Service was delayed may be staff was less. Breakfast was not up to the mark, sorry to say was like we are having breakfast on the road side 😞.
