We had originally booked a double room, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to receive a spacious suite instead. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality shown by the hotel staff. Thank you for making our visit to Samarkand so memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.☺️

I booked a standard double room, but we stayed at family suite for free. It was very spacious, clean, provided with everything you might need during the stay.

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, as the key wasn't working and they couldn't open the door for 2-3 times. However, in general it wasn't a big issue, as staff was doing everything possible to solve the problem.
