The staff (with Edna) in charge was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. We even got warm milk for our coffee. Nice! Great atmosphere! There was a problem with our reservation. The hostal was overbooked but Edna handled it well. After 2 nights at Hostal Victoria she drove us to a different hotel. It was fancier but at no extra expense to us.

"One of my favourite cities in Granada. Great staff and great location."

The staff was super friendly and accommodating and gave me several tips. The location is very central just a few blocks away from Parque Central de Granada and a block away from Calle La Calzada.

The hostal has a great location very close to everything. Edna the owner is an amazing guide who will do anything for you and take you everywhere. Her English is very good and she knows so much about the area and the volcano. The hostal is very clean, breakfast is absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Hostal Vics is an Excellent stopover in the small city of Granada. I am an OLD American who has traveled a lot. I needed the a.c. room with a private shower and this was Perfect. 2 on the staff spoke good English and helped me. Highly recommended.

"Best new hostal in town!"

What a lovely hostel! Just opened in September but they know exactly what they are doing. Everyone in the family-run hostel is super kind, the breakfast is delicious, the location couldn't be better, and its extremely clean. Plus there is a great sized kitchen with free coffee and water. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay here was great, one of the best places we've stated during our travels. The staff are so lovely, are incredibly considerate and make the place feel like your home. They are brand new so don't have many reviews but we highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

When visiting Granada this place is a must stay. Everything was wonderful about this property very location, spacious, clean, good Wi-Fi and staff Edna and Olivia are always there to answer any of your questions and to help you. Edna also do bike tours so check it out when you’re there. I will be back soon again 😎
