The Happy Coconut Resort

No AC in my room, but other rooms have it.

Workers were rude. They didn’t have any care in the world to check us in. First room didn’t have air conditioner, when we ask a room with one they took us to a room that smelled like mold. We ask for another room and the same smelled like mold and bugs everywhere crawling on the walls and in the bathroom. Then they wanted to make us pay the difference for the room with air conditioner and on the website it does not state or makes it as an option to have a room with or without air conditioner besides the villa. We acquire a basic room. And then the so call wanna be manager was arguing with us regarding whether the site stated or not about the air conditioner.

Location was good, however, to get there was not easy Service and hospitality could be better

The Location was fantastic, near the beach, nice swimming pool. We had a lovely 2 bed house, which was clean and comfortable.

I think for the price, which was very expensive for 2 nights due to it being Easter weekend, breakfast should have been included. We also had dinner there, which could be improved. Its a great setting in a lovely rancho, but the food was terrible. Its a shame as this let down the stay and its not that hard to make a tasty Mac & Cheese.

All place

The property is in front of the beach, just separated by a small street, restaurant is just accros the street. The facilities are in great shape as it seems like recently build. There is a nice and clean pool. Breakfast is not included in the price and is good but a little pricey. The room we stayed in had a private bathroom with fresh towels and soap. Bed was rather small for two of average height. The location is great, you can hear the waves through all day.
