Beautiful location, beautiful beach, beautiful views from the restaurant adjacent to the property.

Location great. Room clean. Cleaning staff very pleasant. Staff in the store very unprofessional. Didn’t acknowledge when we were standing at the counter. Eating instead. Happened more than once. Bed was very lumpy. Room 202. Splash restaurant very good and friendly. This was our first visit. Will go back. Now we know we need to bring our own beach chairs and beach towels. Chairs are available for a hefty price to rent.

Rooms are fantastic with wonderful decor and amenities. The lobby is very beautiful comfortable and scandanavian modern. Don’t always judge a book by its cover. The outside looks a bit rough. We had the best breakfast ever at their restaurant (try the huckleberry blueberry pancakes!). Thank you!

In the Tidal Suites, would be good if there were was some other amenities. Such as glasses, silverware, paper towels etc. Since there is a small pantry area…

Warning: Don't leave any clothes out (hanging on chairs, etc.) when you leave the room. Things have a tendency to disappear.

The rooms have been updated and are fine. We always book riverside because we like watching the changing river .Bring your own toilet paper and the towels need to be replaced, unless you enjoy sandpapering your body. You can't beat the location! Erosion is working on the dunes and it was sad to see the probable future.

The hotel was clean and updated. We stayed in the Beach street units. Bathroom and the shower are outstanding. The staff was very helpful. Eric is the best goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Eazy walk to all the main St restaurants.

We had a room 9n the first floor , and while the occupant in the room upstairs was likely not and elephant it sure sounded like it. In fairness to the hotel, like most ilder hotels in the area , the floors are creaky and sound proofing could be better. Location of the hotel is fantastic and youll likely not spend much time in your room . I would book again.
