GREAT location. Newly remodeled room, very nicely done.

Beautiful views from the oceanfront room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t imagine the beach at its busy summer season. It’s October and was a lot of people in town and at the beach.

We absolutely loved our room, it was clean, you’re right at the beach, very short walk to Ogunquit Village, we shopped we were able to eat, walk back to the hotel… beds were comfortable bathroom was updated. We have no complaints at all. We loved our visit.

The room was fine overall but noise was an issue. We were on the first floor and heard every step and word from the people in the room above, and in addition the wall heating unit was quite loud. It would trouble me less if the nightly price was on the cheap side, but for $350+ for the night, I expect a more soundproof experience.

Ocean and tide River

Right on the beach. Nice room. Walk across the bridge to town for lots of shops and food options. Only complaint was the bright light outside that lit up the room no matter what I did.

It was very close to the airport so leaving very early in the morning it works great.

Great property in a great location. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Eric went above and beyond to share his knowledge of the resort and the area. Fun place to visit!
