Arca Boutique Hotel

Staff is nice. Security Guard, Johnny, Ezra and others were helpful. Best part is no kids! Book it, won’t be disappointed.

I stayed at Arca April 2024 and decided to stay there again in April 2025. My second stay was not as pleasant. On the second and thiord days I was accussed of not signing my bar tab

Overall a very nice property. We enjoyed being right on the beach but still private. Rooms are small and pricey with no discount on food or free breakfast. Staff were excellent.

It's hard describe how this establishment makes you feel...The grounds are emaculate .....someone is constantly working the grounds, cleaning the pool, wiping down pool chairs.....Its apparent how important cleaniness and neatness is to the boutique.....even as there is a storm they are cleaning as soon as its safe to do so...... The customer service is top notch....whatever you need they will make it happen.....The food is delicious...I literally can go on and on.. It's not a large establishment so great people who work at the desk and kitchen know your name and room number very quickly.. The boutique is in the center of the beach surrounded by other hotels and food places but unless you walk to the left or right of the boutique you never know they are there....you truly feel as if you are on a private island.....I leave tomorrow, but definitely will not be my last visit to Arca...Thank you Nash, James and the rest of crew for a life changing vacation experience...They also book massages.....Tatiana gave me the best deep tissue I've ever received...

Amazing Staff, and super conveniently located; definetely a 10 !!!

The location is perfectly situated near other restaurants and activities on the beach. This hotel is in a somewhat quiet place where you can get away from the touristy crowds at some of the larger hotels, but an easy walk to any of those crowded venues if you so desire. The palm trees along the ocean edge of their property provide an excellent shady place to relax for most of the day. No need to wrestle with umbrellas to get out of the sun. The staff was exceptional. So friendly and willing to go out of their way to please. Our room was on the lower level facing the ocean. This was awesome only about 50 steps to the water. Our room was rather small, but who spends time in their room on vacation anyway. The staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and he was waiting with a sign for us when we arrived. We arranged several activities through the hotel while we were there couldn’t say more about how helpful the staff was. If I ever return to Rotan, I will definitely be staying at Arca.

From the time we showed up until we left our experience was amazing. We had a group of four with a two bedroom place in the back. One of our favorite things is the way the owners preserved the trees and the shade on the property. Relaxing in the lawn chairs, hammock or by the pool the shade was key when the sun was high and hot. Then comes the sunrise every night right out front with a glass of complimentary champane every night followed by one of their 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour. We had great food for breakfast lunch or dinner. The staff are amazing and very friendly locals. Two nights they brought in a small music show of one or two guys on guitar; fantastic chill tunes. A huge thanks for making our week stay one of the best. This place is amazing and located on the best part of the island where the wind blows from the east, no waves with crystal clear water.

This is a smaller property, kept in pristine condition daily. It is on a beautiful beach and staffed by very friendly staff. Accommodations, location and staff were all amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful place, would strongly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip to paradise. Great food at restaurant onsite as well.
