Struttura pulita, accogliente e con belle vetrate

Molto scomoda da raggiungere in macchina (dalla strada principale 3 miglia di strada sterrata con molte buche e nessuna illuminazione). Va bene per vedere le stelle e fare un'esperienza in mezzo al nulla, ma se cercate un punto di appoggio per il grand Canyon, conviene stare sulla statale.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig und abgeschieden. Perfekt zum Entspannen. In der Unterkunft gab es alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lädt einfach zum Wohlfühlen ein.

- Endroit calme et jolie vue. On peut admirer les étoiles ainsi que quelques animaux si vous avez de la chance.

Malgré les points positifs de l’établissement, nous y avons passé un très mauvais moment : - Caméras partout, on se sent observé. En effet, chaque caméra donne sur la casita en face nous n’avons donc pas d’intimité. Caméra également au niveau des communs et même à l’intérieur de la salle pour manger ! - Tout est surveillé et contrôlé sur le terrain. Si on laisse la lampe allumée des communs le temps d’aller chercher à boire à la casita à 50metres, le propriétaire des lieux viendra tout fermer et tout éteindre derrière vous. - Il y a un brasero mais sachez qu’avec les restrictions d’incendie, vous ne pourrez pas en profiter. Une fois le feu allumé, le propriétaire viendra l’éteindre avec un seau d’eau sans excuses ni véritables explications. - Le barbecue est dans un coin non éclairé et sous un arbre. Pas très hygiénique et on cuit alors sa viande dans le noir total. Pourquoi ne pas le déplacer ?? - Aucune intimité dans la casita. Porte coulissante vitrée pour la salle de bain. On entend tout et on voit tout, d autant plus que lorsqu’on sort de la chambre on se retrouve face a la personne nue sous la douche ! Il y a certes un petit rideau, mais qui est pratiquement transparent donc cela ne sert à rien. Idem pour la fenêtre de salle de bain donnant sur l’extérieur… ne soyez donc pas pudique ! - Pas de porte à la chambre et ventilateur ne fonctionnant pas - On parle de kitchenette mais sachez qu’il n’y a qu’une seule poêle, pas de micro onde, ni machine à café. Il n’y a pas de table pour manger non plus dans la casita, c est une table de salon. - Pas de télévision ni radio. - On ne peut pas se garer près de la casita malgré le sentier et la place pour un véhicule. Prévoyez donc des valises tout terrain car vous allez devoir les traîner sur un sentier de terre et cailloux sur 150 mètres ! Cela peut casser vos roulettes et courage à vous si il y a eu de la pluie.

האינטרנט חלש ומתנתק. לצערנו לא היה מגע עם הבעלים וחבל.

- The property is relatively new and well maintained - The property design is very nice and is well built - It's a very quiet place due to being in the middle of nowhere - If you want to see the Milky Way with your naked eyes, this is a good place to be - Very clean - A/C units are quiet and efficient - The kitchen is small but nice and has what you need to cook something if you need to

- Nowhere in the listing is it mentioned that you may need a "4 wheel drive/high clearance vehicle". Once you book your room, you'll get two reminders of that, but at that point it may be too late to change your mind because the room fee is non-refundable if you book just a few days in advance. - Instead of Booking charging your credit card, this property charges you directly. That's OK, however they charged me $38 more than Booking confirmation showed and presented me with a bill structure that had no resemblance to the Booking bill. I asked for and got a refund, but I find this "error" inexcusable. - The bedroom is barely a space around the bed, not much more than that - There is no bedroom door - The bed has a barely-there footboard that prevents anyone taller than 6' like me from stretching and feeling comfortable. I almost never had a bed in even cheap motels to feature a footboard because it's completely unnecessary and uncomfortable for tall people - The property power supply uses solar energy and so lights in the living room are quite dim. They also have a slight flicker which makes it unpleasant to be there for too long - The bathroom door is a clear glass sliding door that has a 1-2 inches gap on all sides. That means that every little sound you make in the bathroom (pleasant or not) is heard everywhere in the small house. I find this to be a major issue along with the lack of a bedroom door. - The parking lot is located a few hundred feet away from this "casita" and access is over a dirt pathway. This is not mentioned in the listing either, but could be an issue for many people. The small wheels on most travel luggage just can't roll on that surface, so you have to drag bags for a few hundred feet back and forth. Luckily there was no rain when we were there, otherwise it would've been quite messy. - WiFi not working

The stay was very nice. It wasn't quite clear how long of a walk (with luggage) it would be from the parking to the casita but other than that we had a lovely stay

Excellent stay. Super clean, well appointed. Everything worked. Would stay here again without hesitation.
