What a beautiful place! We had such a good time there! Beautiful house, clean and very well decorated. Easy check in and check out. The road was not as bad as we thought it would be (but it wasn’t raining). Would definitely stay there again!

For starters this property isn’t a hotel. It is a tiny home on the owners property. I was aware the property said it was outside of town, but there was NO MENTION that you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle and skill navigating such roads, to get there. ONLY AFTER they got my $400, did I get an email stating the info about what vehicles can access the property,and here’s the kicker, that if your car can’t make it, it’s still non refundable. The roads are dirt and so incredibly pitted, even in dry weather( when we were there)they are extremely stressful and uncomfortable to navigate. The map looks as if it’s right off the main highway, not true. We saw no actual road signs and were lost in the total pitch black. When we finally did arrive, there were no lights to see anything, luckily I had my own flashlight.There is a parking area with no lights and wagons to get your luggage to your room. There was no one to meet us or show us where to go. It was 30 degrees outside and we could not see a thing so it took a bit to figure out where to go. When we finally found our room, no lights or heat had been turned on for our arrival. It’s was scary and freezing cold. My 8 yr old daughter was already scared driving there, but by the time we found our room she was hysterical. We let the owner know we were leaving but she was unwilling to refund us. This probably is a great fit for many people knowing what they will need to comfortably and safely get to the property and inside your room. Had this honestly listed the type of car required to get here, that’s it’s not an actual hotel, I would have never booked it. Sadly I did not have 4 wheel but didn’t want to be out the 400…now I’m out the money, my car is trashed as well as have a traumatized kid.

We didn’t stay there, after reading about the possibility of getting the rental car stuck we decided to not stay there. I attempted to cancel the reservation, but was unable to do so. There should be information available on their website about the roads before a reservation is made.

The emails sent after the reservation made re: the roads should be shown before reservation is made.

Location was terrible. Roads to it were bad with ruts and mud holes
