Nice central walkable location. Nice staff but do charge extra for various things. Room was good but lacking cleaning. Ac was making noise and i checked it and air filter was dirty and we had to clean it. Hot water 1st day didnt work but worked day 2 and 3

Our family of twelve needed four rooms for a three-night stay, and we found this affordable guesthouse to be perfect. It’s in a great location, and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to meet your needs. My favorite hidden gem in Luang Prabang is the Nam Khan neighborhood.

バスタブ、ドライヤー、バスローブあり。歯ブラシ、スリッパはなし。 スタッフは親切で時間に正確。プロフェッショナルな対応をしてもらえる。私はクァンシーの滝への乗り合いバンと空港へのタクシーを頼んだ。 また、朝食は川沿いのお店に案内され、お粥かパンをセルフサービスでとるようだった。お粥の味はとても美味しかった。

Nice hotel our large room had a view of the river. Helpful staff. The pillows were too hard and they changed them for us. Water to the shower was warm. Easy walking around the area - the two rivers, temples, mountains Phousi, night market.

Bed was a bit hard for us. Although we had a nice view of the river it was over some corrugated metal around a derelict site.

The property is in a good location across from Mekong River

The beds and pillows were extremely hard. There are holes and mould. in the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was surface clean.

The toilet could not proper flush also the water from the bathroonm bassin did not run off fast. At the bath room sink the was only hot water co;d water did not run (room 5) The main propblem was that it was not fixed after complain the next day. The view is on given up construction site. The who;e place wouyld need some liters of fresh paint on the wooden stairs and an windows. The breakkfasr is our source to an out side restaurant. noce;y located but also full so we could not get seat even we tried twice,

Loved the family room with the patio looking out over the river. Super clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and its a great location

The breakfast is down the road at another Cafe and was pretty ordinary. We skipped it after the first day.

Great location and services. Shops, restaurants and tourist sites are all within walking distance.
