Really nice hotel. Staff are lovely and helped us with numerous things. Pool is decent, but probably needs to be cleaned a bit more regularly - that's the only complaint! Location is awesome. At one end of the busy street, but no noise.

A great deal for the money because they don't have enough reviews yet. Recently re-opened after a full remodel, this will be twice the price in a couple of years. Big, clean rooms. Polite and professional staff. Strong breakfast. Right at the end of the chaos, but still quiet because it's above it all.

Very clean and well furnished! The dorm room even has a safe and fridge. Hotel stuff is extremely helpful!

The room was spacious, we got help with contacting Lao Airlines that saved us a lot of hassle.

For this pricelevel in Laos you should be able to have a shower with warm water, this was not the case half the time we were there. Even after leaving the tap running for a long like the hotel suggested. What was really not okay: despite making clear arrangements with reception and paying for, a private tuk-tuk service: still ending up with other people in the tuk-tuk. Who also paid for a private tuk-tuk. Same for the kayak tour: we agreed upon, and paid for, a two hour kayak tour. And ended up in a 45 minute tour. Not cool. The feeling is being taken advantage of is not cool. And leave a rather bitter aftertaste. Smaller hotels seem more likely to make an effort to deliver a more honest service.
